On SQLite < 3.39, this forces a GROUP BY clause with a HAVING clause when no grouping is specified. Co-authored-by: Simon Charette <charette.s@gmail.com>
To run the test suite, first, create and activate a virtual environment. Then
install some requirements and run the tests::
$ cd tests
$ python -m pip install -e ..
$ python -m pip install -r requirements/py3.txt
$ ./runtests.py
