Adam Zapletal b285cc787e [5.2.x] Captured stderr during admin_docs test. 
The admindocs app doesn't pass a log level to docutils when it parses
reStructured Text, so system messages can be logged during parsing.

README.rst 

To run the test suite, first, create and activate a virtual environment. Then
install some requirements and run the tests::

    $ cd tests
    $ python -m pip install -e ..
    $ python -m pip install -r requirements/py3.txt
    $ ./runtests.py
