Simon Charette 5d35e8eb06 [1.11.x] Fixed #28038 -- Restored casting to text of builtin lookups on PostgreSQL. 
Reverted 658f1e8 which broke code using __icontains's implicit cast to ::text
on ArrayField.

Thanks Peter J. Farrell for the report.

README.rst 

To run the test suite, first, create and activate a virtual environment. Then
install some requirements and run the tests::

    $ cd tests
    $ pip install -e ..
    $ pip install -r requirements/py3.txt  # or py2.txt
    $ ./runtests.py
