Lorenzo Peña 0e94f292cd Fixed #35627 -- Raised a LookupError rather than an unhandled ValueError in get_supported_language_variant(). 
LocaleMiddleware didn't handle the ValueError raised by
get_supported_language_variant() when language codes were
over 500 characters.

README.rst 

To run the test suite, first, create and activate a virtual environment. Then
install some requirements and run the tests::

    $ cd tests
    $ python -m pip install -e ..
    $ python -m pip install -r requirements/py3.txt
    $ ./runtests.py
