Jake Howard 31f4bd31fa [5.1.x] Refs CVE-2025-48432 -- Prevented log injection in remaining response logging. 
Migrated remaining response-related logging to use the `log_response()`
helper to avoid potential log injection, to ensure untrusted values like
request paths are safely escaped.

README.rst 

To run the test suite, first, create and activate a virtual environment. Then
install some requirements and run the tests::

    $ cd tests
    $ python -m pip install -e ..
    $ python -m pip install -r requirements/py3.txt
    $ ./runtests.py
