80aae83439 [4.2.x] Refs #33476 -- Applied Black's 2023 stable style. 
Black 23.1.0 is released which, as the first release of the year,
introduces the 2023 stable style. This incorporates most of last year's
preview style.

Fixed AdminViewDeletedObjectsTest.test_cyclic failure when using --keepdb. 
This changes to hardcoded pks when hardcoded fks are used.

c72f6f36c1 Fixed #11803 -- Allowed admin select widgets to display new related objects.

50e1e7ef8e Fixed #33348 -- Changed SimpleTestCase.assertFormError()/assertFormsetErrors() to take form/formset. 
Instead of taking a response object and a context name for
the form/formset, the two methods now take the object directly.

Removed redundant QuerySet.all() calls in docs and tests. 
Most QuerySet methods are mapped onto the Manager and, in general,
it isn't necessary to call .all() on the manager.
