Unnecessary since 269a76714616fd7ad166a14113f3354bab8d9b65. Title text should provide advisory information and should not be the same or very similar to the element text.
To run the test suite, first, create and activate a virtual environment. Then
install some requirements and run the tests::
$ cd tests
$ python -m pip install -e ..
$ python -m pip install -r requirements/py3.txt
$ ./runtests.py
