Mariusz Felisiak 9857352655 [3.1.x] Fixed #31842 -- Added DEFAULT_HASHING_ALGORITHM transitional setting. 
It's a transitional setting helpful in migrating multiple instance of
the same project to Django 3.1+.

To run the test suite, first, create and activate a virtual environment. Then
install some requirements and run the tests::

    $ cd tests
    $ python -m pip install -e ..
    $ python -m pip install -r requirements/py3.txt
    $ ./runtests.py
