* Fixed a regression in Django 4.2 that caused an unnecessary
  ``DBMS_LOB.SUBSTR()`` wrapping in the ``__isnull`` and ``__exact=None``
  lookups for ``TextField()``/``BinaryField()`` on Oracle (:ticket:`34544`).
