681550ca6d Removed custom WSGIRequestHandler.get_environ 
We probably historically customized it for good reasons, but
currently, the differences with upstream Python are not
significant any longer.
Also fixes #19075 for which a test has been added.

2ee6a46696 Fixed #15753 -- Cleared cache between sitemaps tests 
When caching was activated, test_simple_sitemap would fail
because the test result was fetched from cache.
