b3db6c8dcb Fixed #21204 -- Tracked field deferrals by field instead of models. 
This ensures field deferral works properly when a model is involved
more than once in the same query with a distinct deferral mask.

847f46e9bf Removed redundant QuerySet.all() calls in docs and tests. 
Most QuerySet methods are mapped onto the Manager and, in general,
it isn't necessary to call .all() on the manager.

11e327a3ff Fixed #30988 -- Deprecated the InvalidQuery exception. 
It was barely documented without pointers at its defining location and
was abused to prevent misuse of the QuerySet field deferring feature.

84b7cb7df0 Fixed #28549 -- Fixed QuerySet.defer() with super and subclass fields. 
Previously, deferring fields in different classes didn't omit the
superclass' deferred field.
