52efbf9715 Fixed #14460 -- converted managers_regress tests from doctests to unittests. We have always been at war with doctests. Patch from Gabriel Hurley.

f31425e8e2 Fixed #7154 -- Inherit all model managers from abstract base classes. 
Also added documentation describing how manager inheritance works (and when
manager aren't inherited). Based on some patches from sebastian_noack and
emulbreh.
