Fixed #17251 -- In the select_for_update tests, close manually database connections made in threads, so they don't stay "idle in transaction" until the GC deletes them. Thanks Anssi Kääriäinen for the report and patch.

Refs #16490 - Add a commit to ensure that a fresh read is provided; this is only a problem for databases in REPEATABLE READ mode, which is MySQL InnoDB's default. Thanks to Jim Dalton for the report and patch.

Fixed #2705 : added a `select_for_update()` clause to querysets.
