Carl Meyer	616b30227d	Fixed #7539, #13067 -- Added on_delete argument to ForeignKey to control cascade behavior. Also refactored deletion for efficiency and code clarity. Luke Plant	7c621535a2	Added tests for corner case with deleting where objects are deleted in the wrong order. ...
