Code Issues 16 Releases Wiki Activity

Fixed #4945 -- Removed unused `GET_ITERATOR_CHUNK_SIZE` definition from manager.py. `GET_ITERATOR_CHUNK_SIZE` is already defined in query.py. Thanks zigiDev@mac.com.
