Subject: [PATCH] Specialized iterator() so that it can resolve CLOBs. Also
 avoids the unnecessary usage of fetchmany(), buffering is handled nicely in
 the Oracle client itself. Note this code is not yet tested, we are dependent
 on Matt Boersma's forthcoming commit.
