Code Issues 32 Releases Wiki Activity

Fixed #11639, #13618 -- Added get_prepopulated_fields method to ModelAdmin and InlineModelAdmin to be able to handle prepopulated fields on a case-by-case basis. Thanks, leanmeandonothingmachine.
